Location: Iowa
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Job Summary
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Iowa clinical supervisors who can help developing clinicians grow with confidence and structure. Supervisors in this role provide guidance around casework, documentation, ethics, treatment planning, and professional decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise developing mental health professionals
- Support case review, ethics, documentation, and treatment planning
- Help supervisees meet professional standards
- Follow Iowa licensing and supervision requirements
- Maintain consistent supervision structure and records
- Active Iowa clinical license in good standing
- Eligible licenses may include LMHC, LMFT, LISW, or other approved independent clinical license
- Must be qualified to supervise under Iowa board rules
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians preferred
