Primary Function:
Under the direct supervision of the Service Manager, this position is responsible for meeting and greeting customers and maintaining a clear service drive. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards and policies of Willis Automotive.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate all vehicles in a safe, professional and courteous manner
- Prep and check in all customer vehicles
- Assist with re-delivery of customer vehicle
- Check loaner car for any items that customer may leave behind
- Maintain cleanliness of Service Drive
- Keep service drive clear of debris
- Assist customers in delivering and fueling vehicles
- Assist with checking in and out loaner vehicles when Concierge, is unavailable
- Assist the Service team with test driving vehicles, if needed
What we need from you:
- High School Diploma/equivalent preferred
- Valid driver license
- Acceptable driving record per insurance carrier
- Able to work a flexible schedule to meet needs of service and dispatch areas, including occasional Saturdays
- Basic computer skills
- Working knowledge of operating manual and standard transmissions
