Missouri Baptist Medical Center is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified OB Hospitalist to join our well-established team in St. Louis, Missouri.
This position offers a flexible schedule, no at-home call responsibilities, and the opportunity to practice in a high-volume, clinically rewarding environment while maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Practice Highlights
- Inpatient obstetrical care only
- Admit and triage obstetrical patients
- Manage antepartum, labor, delivery, and postpartum care
- Obstetrics-focused practice with no gynecologic responsibilities
- Rotating schedule including weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Typical schedule consists of:
- One 12-hour shift per week
- One 24-hour shift per week
- No at-home call required
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation with weekend and holiday incentives
- Compensation ranges from $140 to $175 per hour

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.Â
