Responsibilities: Assists in maintaining balanced resident-centered activities and life enrichment programs under supervision of the Activities Director Complete appropriate records indicating resident’s attendance and participation in individual and group activities in a timely basis. Maintains the comfort, privacy and dignity of residents and interacts with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment Demonstrates proficiency and understanding of the QA (Quality Assurance) process and essential quality service standards Communicates and interacts effectively and tactfully with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors Benefits: Numerous Incentive Programs to Increase Compensation!
