What You'll Do
- Observe instruction and provide constructive feedback to support teacher growth and student achievement.
- Use student and instructional data to identify needs and recommend effective teaching strategies.
- Support lesson planning, preparation and implementation of best practices.
- Provide coaching and staff development to strengthen instructional practices and school services.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Master's Degree
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate; Michigan K-12 Administrator Certificate preferred
- Strong leadership skills, strong administrative skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with staff, students and families
