As a Home Health STNA/CNA with Beaumont Home Health, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. You’ll be an important part of the care team, helping patients maintain their comfort, dignity, independence, and quality of life while supporting their daily needs.

HOW YOU'LL WORK

You’ll assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, mobility, and transfers. You’ll monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition or environment to the nurse or supervisor and maintain accurate documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Current STNA certification or completion of a 75-hour CNA training program

  • One year of nurse aide experience preferred

  • Successful completion of required competency testing

  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance with your name listed as a driver

  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
