As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll play a vital role in helping students develop the communication skills needed for academic achievement and social success. Working within a collaborative school environment, you'll provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services while partnering with educators, families, and support staff to help students reach their full potential.

What You'll Do
Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Support students in developing communication skills that enhance academic and social success
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota or Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist licensure
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
