We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in the Detroit, MI area. In this role, you'll work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve their communication and academic goals.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student achievement

  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation

  • Support students' communication skills development across academic and social settings

  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license

  • Michigan school certification or eligibility preferred

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Previous school-based experience preferred

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
