Retail Heat Press Operator, Little Caesars Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for part-time Heat Press Operators to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Heat Press Operator, you will be responsible for producing quality work in a timely fashion by following orders and using a Hotronix Heat Press Machine to apply logos, names, and numbers to jerseys and other apparel. Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena. The 20,000-seat venue opened in 2017 and is home of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. We provide a full accompaniment of services, including concessions and premium dining services in a variety of innovative club areas, loge boxes, and suites.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist in the development of new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products
• Oversee quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Use a Heat Press Machine to apply pre-cut numbers, letters, and graphics to garments
• Ensure an accurate inventory of materials and supplies

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
• Basic math and counting skills required
• No high school diploma or GED required
