Retail Supervisor, Little Caesars Arena

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a part-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena. The 20,000-seat venue opened in 2017 and is home of the NHL's Detroit Red Wings and the NBA's Detroit Pistons. We provide a full accompaniment of services, including concessions and premium dining services in a variety of innovative club areas, loge boxes, and suites.

• Supervise retail team members and complete store operational needs
• Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist retail management with the daily operations including training new team members and solving customer service questions and concerns 
• Monitor store floor and assist with stocking and checking out guests as needed 
• Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays

• Previous cash handling experience and basic math skills required
• Previous experience working with point of sale system required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
• Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
• Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
