Adult & Teen Challenge 4 States is seeking a dedicated,compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our men鈥檚 center for internship.This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on ministry experience,develop leadership skills, and foster personal growth, all while supporting ourstudents as they work toward recovery.
Key Responsibilities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Provide daily support and mentorship to current ATCstudents
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee program work details
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Assist staff with program activities and events
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Help facilitate group sessions and devotionalsas needed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Maintain a safe, positive, and Christ-centeredliving environment
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support administrative tasks and facility upkeep
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Model healthy boundaries, accountability, andpositive decision-making
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Act as a role model for spiritual growth andpersonal development
Requirements
Qualifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Successful completion of the Adult & TeenChallenge program or Christian background that supports qualification to servein hands on ministry internship.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong commitment to Biblical Christianitypreferably amiable to Assemblies of God
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Desire to serve others
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Reliable, responsible, and able to maintainconfidentiality
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work collaboratively as part of ateam
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to live on-site and adhere to internshipguidelines
路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Driver鈥檚 License is preferred
