Registered Nurse Manager

A community hospital near Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to join its leadership team! 

Pay: $73,800 - $93,600 / annually 

Registered Nurse Manager Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position 
  
• Monday through Friday schedule 
  
• Long-Term Care setting

Registered Nurse Manager Responsibilities: 

• Oversee quality patient care and nursing operations within the long-term care setting 
  
• Serve as a communication liaison between nursing staff and organizational leadership 
  
• Manage staff performance, patient concerns, and operational initiatives 
  
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements 
  

Registered Nurse Manager Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher required 
  
• Minimum of 3 years of Long-Term Care nursing experience 
  
• Previous supervisory or management experience required 
  
• BLS certification required or eligible to obtain upon hire
