Retail Pharmacist

A rural community healthcare facility located east of Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team! 

Pay: $145,000 - $193,000 / annually 

Retail Pharmacist Opportunity: 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position 
  
• Day shift; Monday through Friday schedule 
  
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Retail Pharmacist Responsibilities: 

• Supervise pharmacy staff, including Pharmacy Technicians and Billing Clerks 
  
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and proper storage 
  
• Manage pharmaceutical inventory and ensure medications are stored according to regulatory standards 
  
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies 
  

Retail Pharmacist Qualifications: 

• Active Colorado Pharmacist license required 
  
• Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations and medication management 
  
• Excellent communication and patient education skills 
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
