Wet Mix Plant Operator

• Operate wet mix and batching plant equipment, ensuring smooth production cycles.
  

• Track plant performance, material input/output, and ensure mix consistency.
  

• Perform routine checks, minor repairs, and preventive maintenance of plant machinery.
  

• Ensure concrete and aggregate mixes meet project specifications.
  

• Follow HSE guidelines and ensure safe plant operations.
  

• Record production data, maintenance logs, and daily operational reports.
  

• Work with site engineers and supervisors to meet production schedules.
  

Requirements

• Literate in Electrical basics and computer operational skills.
  

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in plant operation (wet mix / batching plant preferred).
  

• Knowledge of concrete mix designs and aggregate handling.
