Electrical Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment, panels, motors, and lighting systems.
  
• Carry out cable laying, glanding, termination, and testing in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify faults using electrical testing instruments.
  
• Follow permit-to-work procedures and site HSE requirements.
  
• Record completed work and report defects to the supervisor.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or ITI certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Relevant experience in electrical installation and maintenance; oil and gas experience preferred.
  
• Ability to read electrical drawings and single-line diagrams.
  
• Practical knowledge of cable termination, motor controls, and electrical testing.
  
• Good understanding of electrical safety procedures.
