* Supervise lifting and rigging activities in accordance with approved lifting plans and procedures.

* Ensure cranes, lifting equipment, accessories, and rigging tools are inspected before use.

* Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams to execute lifting activities safely.

* Conduct pre-lift briefings and ensure compliance with client and Oil & Gas safety requirements.

* Minimum 5 years of total experience.

* Minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas experience.

* Valid TPC (TÜV) certification mandatory.

* Minimum 3 years of experience with TPC/TÜV certification.

* Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, load calculations, and lifting safety.
