- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco switching and routing infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless network environments.
- Implement network changes, upgrades, and optimization activities.
- Conduct network performance analysis and capacity planning.
Security Administration
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower/ASA and Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Implement and maintain firewall policies, NAT, VPNs, and security controls.
- Perform security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and security monitoring.
- Investigate and resolve network and security incidents.
Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- Telecommunications, or a related field.
