Enforce HSE standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure scaffolds meet safety regulations.
Inspect scaffolding structures for stability, load capacity, and compliance with CISRS/NOC standards.
Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to provide safe access solutions.
Maintain scaffolding permits, inspection checklists, and daily activity logs.
Guide scaffolders on best practices and corrective measures.
Address site issues, defects, and ensure scaffolds are modified safely when required.
