Jovian Concepts, LLC is looking to hire a SIGDEV Analyst Level 3 as an Integrated Discovery Analyst (IDA) for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.Â
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
The Integrated Discovery Analyst(IDA) will provide discovery support to their assigned stakeholders byoptimizing existing accesses and supporting efforts to enable new accesses. TheIDA will focus on data and voice communications including DNR, DNI and otheradvanced technologies over IP. The IDA will provide support and insight intospecific networks and information systems, troubleshooting dataflow issues, andenabling discovery efforts within the mission space.
Responsibilities include,but are not limited to:
- Become knowledgeable of and remain current on accessesacross relevant programs
- Educate Analysts on capabilities and opportunities
- Serve as the entry point for information
- Serve as the point of contact andrepresent Stakeholders for any related actions
- Coordinate with SiteCollection/Mission Managers and provide feedback on accesses
- Optimize/extendcollection while leveraging midpoint accesses
- Work with Leadership/CollectionManagers to assess collection posture
- Review categories/collection tasking;recommend changes
- Work on or with other organizations to troubleshoot dataflow,processing, and content quality issues
- Must have strong communication skills
Requirements
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
- 10 years demonstrated experience in and demonstrated knowledge in SIGINT development analytic support, within the last ten (10) years, at least five (7) of the years of experience must have been with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications.
Desired Skills:
- FISINT, ELINT, PROFORMA, XKS, and knowledge in associated toolsÂ
