The Position:
We are adding a OT to our passionate and talented team in Downers Grove. This position is available for full-time hours. This is an ideal opportunity to join a practice with over 20 years of history delivering play-based therapy to clients in the Chicagoland area.

Responsibilities:
- Provide both individual and group therapy services for clients
- Complete all required documentation for clients
- Collaborate with Clubhouse colleagues to discuss progress and recommendations for clients
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and document, analyze, and interpret results
- Provide family education and training
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, BCBAs, RBTs, and LCSWs to help clients reach their goals
- Participate in our mentorship network as either mentee or mentor
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience or other experience working with children in a clinical capacity

We care deeply about our teams and the people who make them up. Our interview process is designed to make you feel like you know us and are a good fit for our team. The first step in our interview process is a video chat with a member of our recruiting team. We encourage you to use this as an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the Occupational Therapist Practitioner role and career opportunities. From there, we will invite candidates to an in-person interview. You will meet members of our clinical team (your future co-workers!) and this interview may also include a brief observation of a therapy session. By the end of the interview process, you should have a sense of who we are and how our OTs are helping children take their next steps.
