JDog Cleaning Services is hiring a part time Janitor to support commercial facilities in Coatesville and Downingtown Pennsylvania. This is for two locations located about 15 minutes from each other that must be completed in a specific time frame each week. One location can be completed between Thursday and 10pm Saturday, while the other location must be completed after 5pm on Friday and 11pm on Sunday. This is a part-time position. Each location requires a cleaning once a week and can be completed on the same day or on separate days within the designated time frame. Once location takes between 1.5 and 2 hours while the other location takes between 3 and 4 hours, for a total of 4.5 - 6 hours per week.Â
Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean bathrooms, offices, hallways, and any other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing
- Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, machine scrub).
- Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing).
- Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas).
- Perform other general cleaning duties as needed.
Position Requirements
- Pass pre-employment background screening, drug test, and employment verification.
- Physical requirements of the job consist of lifting up-to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, prolonged standing, and walking.
