Job Summary:
Students will assist with clerical tasks as part of the daily operation of the Financial Aid Office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General Office duties including filing, scanning, and copying
- Answering phones, taking messages, and making calls
- Data entry
- Assisting with projects
- Other duties as assigned
Education Employment eligibility:
- Currently enrolled Delaware Valley University student
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide required documentation to verify identity and employment eligibility
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detail oriented
- Organization skills
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Â
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasionally lifting 25 lbs or less
- Occasionally standing or walking
