Steel Fixer

• Read and understand basic construction drawings and reinforcement layouts.
  
• Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel bars as per specifications.
  
• Install and tie reinforcement bars for columns, beams, slabs, foundations, and other structures.
  
• Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and positioning of reinforcement steel.
  
• Use hand tools and equipment safely for cutting, bending, and tying steel.
  
• Check reinforcement work before concrete pouring.
  
• Coordinate with supervisors, carpenters, masons, and other site workers.
  
• Follow all site safety rules and construction procedures.
  

Requirements

·        Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Steel Fixer.

·        Experience in building/construction projectspreferred.

·        Knowledge of reinforcement steel fixing, barbending, and tying.

·        Ability to understand basic constructiondrawings.

·        Physically fit and capable of working atconstruction sites.

·        Ability to work as part of a team and followinstructions.
