Roles and Responsibilities

• A minimum of 2 to 3years of experience in a similar role.
  
• Extensive knowledgeand experience in utilising general repair tools, with an ability toexpertly read shop drawings and specifications, and craft precise estimates ofrequired materials with Sensational accuracy.
  
• Exceptional PhysicalStamina and Endurance to effortlessly handle heavy lifting and Thriveduring extended periods of standing and walking.
  
• Strong Ability to WorkAutonomously, taking proactive initiative to Resolve issues with Unparalleledefficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Excellentinterpersonal skills to engage effectively with FIVE Tribe Members, andstakeholders.
  
• A Proactive Nature,coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of theOperation is curated to perfection.

• Adheres to Safe Workpractices and procedures to ensure a Secure and Compliant workingenvironment.
  
• Evaluates and optimisesequipment usage to maintain Peak performance and efficiency.
  
• Completes all work orders withMeticulous diligence, ensuring no detail is overlooked in Pursuit of Excellence.
  
• Actively participates inmonthly Departmental meetings, providing valuable Feedback and offeringinnovative Suggestions for continuous Improvement.
  
• Carries out tasks assignedby the Duty Engineer, efficiently completing them within designatedtimelines, contributing to the 'Vibe at FIVE' with Passion and Dedication.
  
• Employs Environmentally Friendlypractices when handling chemicals, paints, varnishes, strippers, and otherfinishing products, reflecting FIVE’s commitment to Sustainable Indulgence.
  
• Responds promptly to Guestrequests with Professionalism and Courtesy, ensuring an Exceptionalservice experience.
