Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer with strong site safety experience in substation/construction projects. DEWA Substation Approval is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and monitor HSE procedures at project sites.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits and risk assessments.
Monitor safe working practices and compliance.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports.
Ensure compliance with project and DEWA safety requirements.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants and DEWA representatives.

Requirements

Engineering qualification in a relevant discipline.

Relevant HSE experience in construction/substation projects.

Strong knowledge of site safety, risk assessment and HSE procedures.

Good understanding of UAE construction safety requirements.

Valid DEWA Substation Approval – MANDATORY.

UAE project experience preferred.
