Warehouse Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to managepharmaceutical warehouse operations, ensuring compliant receipt, storage,dispensing, inventory control and dispatch of materials and finished products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receipt, inspection, reconciliation, storage and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished products.
  
• Ensure storage conditions, segregation, status labelling and material handling comply with GMP/GDP requirements.
  
• Manage material dispensing, returns, reconciliation and related warehouse documentation.
  
• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock ageing, near-expiry, rejected, obsolete and non-moving materials.
  
• Coordinate material release and availability with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
  
• Maintain warehouse SOPs, logbooks, SAP transactions, inventory records and QMS documentation.
  
• Lead deviations, CAPA, change controls, investigations and quality-risk-management activities.
  
• Ensure warehouse compliance during regulatory audits, customer audits and statutory inspections.
  
• Supervise dispatch, palletization and local pharmaceutical dispatch/reporting requirements.
  
• Ensure high standards of EHS, housekeeping, hygiene, cleaning and personnel safety.
  
• Train, motivate and monitor warehouse personnel while driving operational improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or a related discipline.
  
• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical warehouse experience, including supervisory responsibility.
  
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GDP, inventory control, material handling and warehouse quality systems.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP and QMS documentation.
  
• Good leadership, planning, documentation and communication skills.
