We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for a leading nursing home in Co Dublin, Ireland.

Job Type-Full-time / Permanent

 Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.

  • Support the Home Manager with the day-to-day operational management of the nursing home.

  • Lead, supervise, and support staff to promote best practice and regulatory compliance.

  • Administer medications and carry out general nursing duties as required.

  • Ensure full compliance with HIQA standards, NMBI guidelines, and company policies and procedures.

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, GPs, and the wider multidisciplinary team.




  • Requirements

    • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
    • Previous management or supervisory experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
    • Genuine interest in caring for older persons
    • Experience and/or qualification in Care of the Elderly
    • Successful Garda Síochána Vetting clearance
