What you’ll be doing:

• We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a strong background in sprinkler and fire protection systems to oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities. The role involves leading site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation and maintenance of sprinkler and fire protection systems
  
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations
  
• Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules
  
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of systems
  
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
  
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project managers
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical supervision, with a focus on sprinkler systems
  
• Strong knowledge of fire protection standards (e.g., NFPA or local equivalents)
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
