You’ll work closely with patients and their families to promote independence and enhance communication skills in a home environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide effective patient care using approved therapy techniques and procedures • Evaluate patients’ functional levels, treatment needs, and progress toward goals • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders • Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants (STAs) and coordinate patient care • Document treatments, progress notes, and care plan updates accurately and on time • Assist patients and families in developing and reviewing home programs • Recommend adaptive equipment and evaluate home settings when needed • Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, high-quality care • Complete discharge summaries and obtain necessary orders at case completion QualificationsQualifications: • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in OH • Minimum of 1 year of SLP experience preferred • Current TB test (within the last 12 months) and CPR certification • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to attend a 1-2 day orientation at our Dublin office Apply Today: homecareforyou.com Join Aspire Home Healthcare and make a lasting impact — one patient, one home, one voice at a time.
