Server / Wait Staff

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality, taking orders accurately, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience
• Take food and drink orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Engage with guests, answer menu questions, and provide recommendations
• Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs, ensuring a smooth dining experience
• Handle payments efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables for new guests
• Work collaboratively with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Must be at least 18 years old (or legal serving age per state regulations)
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
