The Electronics Engineer will develop and improve the systems used by PC House Limited to test, analyse and validate computer hardware, electronic circuits and related equipment. Focus on test engineering, application engineering, complex electronic failure analysis and automated diagnostic processes. Routine computer repairs and general IT support are not the primary functions of this position.

Responsibilities
Design and improve testing methods for electronic circuits, printed circuit boards, computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
Prepare test plans, validation procedures, technical specifications and quality standards.
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters and other specialist equipment to test electronic systems.
Analyse circuit diagrams, test results and component performance.
Investigate complex electronic failures and identify their root causes.
Recommend and test corrective actions to prevent recurring faults.
Develop automated diagnostic and testing processes using electronic and software-based tools.
Create testing scripts and systems for recording and evaluating diagnostic information.
Evaluate electronic components, hardware, firmware and testing equipment for performance and compatibility.
Develop technical solutions for integrating hardware, software and diagnostic equipment.
Advise management and technical staff on component selection, compatibility and engineering solutions.
Analyse performance and fault data to improve equipment reliability and testing accuracy.
Prepare engineering reports, testing procedures, technical specifications and validation records.
Provide technical guidance and training to technicians on approved testing methods and engineering standards.
Assess new technologies, equipment and process-improvement opportunities.

Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related discipline.
At least three years of relevant experience in electronic testing, circuit diagnostics, equipment calibration, industrial automation, software development or related engineering work.
Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, printed circuit boards, computer hardware and electronic components.
Experience using oscilloscopes, multimeters and other electronic testing equipment.
Experience analysing electronic faults, circuit diagrams and test results.
Experience with automated testing, software development or process automation.
The ability to combine electronic testing with software-based diagnostic tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical-writing and communication skills.
Experience with Python, C# or other programming languages used in testing and automation.
Knowledge of hardware-software integration and electronic diagnostic systems.
Experience preparing technical documentation and training technicians.
