Modulbetreuung: Sie betreuen die SAP HCM Module in den Bereichen PA, PE, OM, PKP, SAP ESS, SAP MSS und FITV mit den Schwerpunkten PY-DE und PT.

Weiterentwicklung: Sie optimieren die SAP HCM-Anwendungslandschaft Ihrer Kunden, entwickeln diese weiter und beraten im Umfeld der jeweils genutzten SAP HCM-Module.

Projektverantwortung: Nach Ihrer Einarbeitung übernehmen Sie selbstständig einzelne Teilprojekte beziehungsweise führen Teilaufgaben eigenständig durch.

Kundenbetreuung: Die Betreuung Ihrer Kunden erfolgt remote im Hause, im Home-Office und bei Bedarf auch vor Ort beim Kunden.

Voraussetzungen

  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Berater in einem oder mehreren der genannten SAP HCM-Module
  • Praktische und tiefergehende SAP-Erfahrung in der Personaladministration, Abrechnung beziehungsweise Personalzeitwirtschaft
  • Erfahrung mit entsprechenden Folgeaktivitäten sowie der Pflege von Schemen und Zyklen
  • Interesse an neuen Themenkomplexen wie SAP SuccessFactors oder Employee Central Payroll
  • Idealerweise Vertrautheit mit ABAP-Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)
  • Englischkenntnisse erwünscht, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Bundesweite Mobilität bei Bedarf (maximal 20 Prozent)
