Position Summary

Iron Will Ventures (IWV) is seeking an Advanced Analytics & Software Analyst to support the development of innovative analytical tools, advanced software capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions for critical national security missions.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and software development skills with experience in data analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, or intelligence operations. This position will focus on developing practical, mission-driven capabilities that improve how complex technical data is processed, analyzed, and presented to decisionmakers.

The selected individual will work alongside experienced engineers, analysts, and operational subject matter experts to identify opportunities for automation, develop custom analytical applications, and integrate emerging technologies into secure government environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications and analytical tools supporting technical analysis, intelligence analysis, and national security missions.
• Design AI-enabled solutions and automated workflows to improve data processing, analysis, and decision support.
• Build custom software capabilities for integrating, processing, correlating, and visualizing complex datasets.
• Explore applications of large language models, autonomous agents, and machine learning to enhance analytical processes.
• Develop and deploy analytical software in secure, disconnected, or air-gapped computing environments.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and government stakeholders to translate operational requirements into functional analytical capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve the speed, consistency, and quality of analytical products.
• Support software testing, validation, cybersecurity, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical applications to government missions.
