Job Details: Job Location: Keystone - Duluth, MN, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00Hourly, Job Shift: NOC, Overview:Keystone Bluffs is an Assisted Living facility that started in 2001 located in Duluth, MN. We have full and part time available and many open shifts on block scheduling so you always know your schedule. Wage depending on experience and licensure, plus shift differentials for EVENING and NOC Shifts. Located on the DTA bus route Responsibilities:Providing personal care and follow the residents care planPerforming delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.Accurately documenting informationCommunicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residentsFollowing HIPAA guidelines Qualifications:Previous experience is not requiredMust thrive in a teamwork setting All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
