What You'll Do

• Own the full operation of your restaurant: sales, profitability, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction
  
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team, including shift leaders and assistant managers
  
• Drive operational excellence in speed, quality, cleanliness, and brand standards
  
• Build a positive, high-energy culture where team members want to stay and grow
  
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and P&L performance
  
• Partner with your area leadership to hit goals and grow the business
  

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or strong Assistant GM ready to step up (QSR or pizza delivery experience a plus)
  
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results on sales, labor, and cost controls
  
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  
• Reliable transportation
  

What We Offer

• Base salary of $60,000–$65,000
  
• Performance bonuses tied to your restaurant's results
  
• $5,000 one-time retention bonus, earned after 120 consecutive calendar days of active, continuous employment from your confirmed hire date
