Packaging Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Packaging Associate to join our production team. This is a hands on role focused on quality inspection, packaging, and light assembly of graphic and display products. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, and thrives in a fast paced production environment. No prior experience in graphics is required — just a strong work ethic and a commitment to getting it right every time.

Duties and Responsibilities

Inspect finished graphics and printed materials for quality, accuracy, and correct sizing prior to packaging
Carefully fold, pack, and box finished products according to established procedures
Tape and seal boxes to ensure products are secure and ready for shipment
Apply various tapes and adhesives by hand as needed during the packaging process
Operate the grommet machine once trained and certified on equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift
Identify and report any quality defects or inconsistencies to a supervisor
Meet daily production and packaging targets while maintaining quality standards
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Required Skills and Abilities

Strong attention to detail — quality control is a core part of this role
Ability to work efficiently with hands on tasks including taping, folding, and light assembly
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Willingness to cross train on equipment including the grommet machine
Team oriented attitude with ability to work independently when needed

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in packaging, production, or light manufacturing a plus
Equipment operation experience a plus but not required — training provided

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Ability to work in a production environment
