An Assistant Seasonal Coach at the College of St. Scholastica:

Assists the head coach with various administrative and coaching duties, which can include but not limited to:
- Skill instruction
- Practice planning
- Recruitment
- Opponent scouting
- Travel logistics
- Ensuring compliance with the NCAA DIII rules.
Responsibilities also encompass:
- Providing feedback to athletes
- Promoting athletics and personal development
- Helping to organize team events and equipment.
Other duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or full-time staff.
