Job DetailsJob Location: Roechling Automotive Duncan - Duncan, SC 29334 Manage the incoming orders (IDOC, email, fax) Reviews and plans production schedules for Blow Molding, Offline Assemblies, Repack and Rework activities on a daily base Reviews exception messages daily and processes and expedites accordingly. Reviews and analyzes MRP results for plausibility Ensures production orders are planned and meet inventory requirements Manages engineering changes for WIP and Finished Goods Balances inventory levels to meet internal and external requirements while minimizing inventory Troubleshoots inventory discrepancies Minimizes/eliminates need for premium freight Ensures excellent communication with all departments Other duties as assigned by management. Ensures on-time delivery to customers, inventory accuracy, accurate production planning to meet customer requirements and inventory targets. QualificationsWork experience requirements: 5+ years production planning experience, preferably in Automotive Industry. Excellent computer skills, including SAP Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant equivalent experience.
