Position Overview

We are seekingan organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to work togetherwith Controller to oversee administrative and accounting support functions in amulti-franchise dealership. This role is central to maintaining accuraterecords, supporting department leaders, assisting accounting personnel andcustomers, and ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally. Theideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple priorities, handlingconfidential information, and working in a deadline-driven dealershipenvironment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managedaily dealership office operations and maintain an organized, professional workenvironment.
  • Supportaccounting processes, including deal posting, deposits, accounts payable andreceivable, reconciliations, and month-end documentation.
  • Coordinatetitle and registration department to ensure any related documentation is inaccordance with dealership procedures and applicable requirements.
  • Preparereports, track deadlines, and communicate follow-up items to departmentmanagers.
  • Respondprofessionally to customer, vendor and vendors questions and route issues tothe appropriate team member.
  • Safeguardconfidential business information.
  • Helpdevelop and maintain efficient office procedures and internal controls.
  • Provideadministrative support to dealership leadership and assist with specialprojects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Prioroffice management, dealership administration, bookkeeping, or automotiveaccounting experience required.
  • Strongattention to detail, accuracy, organization, and follow-through.
  • Abilityto prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professionalwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office; experience with CDK system is a plus.
  • Abilityto handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent required; additional accounting or businesseducation is a plus.
