Janitorial Site Supervisor

Location: On-site | Morrisville, NC 27560
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (occasional weekend coverage required)
Requirements: Janitorial GMP log book sign-off experience, and valid driver’s license (floor tech skills preferred)

What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Supervisor, you will lead evening facility operations to maintain pristine, audit-ready standards. Working alongside your crew, you will serve as the hands-on custodial team lead, conducting daily site inspections, ensuring quality assurance, and verifying that sanitation protocols are followed. In this role, the cleaning supervisor will accurately review and sign off on janitorial GMP log books, direct floor care routines, and cover occasional weekend shifts when needed to support client operations.

What You Bring To The Team

Proven leadership experience in commercial cleaning or facilities
Working knowledge of GMP environments and compliance standards
Hands-on ability to verify and sign off on GMP log books
Commercial floor technician experience (stripping, waxing, buffing) preferred
Strong communication skills and reliable attendance
