We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're an experienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by an experienced clinical team committed to quality care, professional development, and helping you grow in the field of ABA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect session data and complete documentation using our electronic data collection system

• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development

• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans

• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members to support client progress

• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families

• Complete required documentation accurately and on time

POSITION DETAILS

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per billable hour

Required Availability: minimum required availability is Monday - Friday 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Service Setting: Must be willing to work either in home or in clinic settings. 

The days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours. Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancelations, staffing, and operational needs.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Depending on client and service needs, the position may involve remaining physically active throughout sessions; sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and transitioning between positions; and responding promptly and safely to client movement and behavior.

Additional job-related physical requirements may apply to particular assignments based on client and safety needs.

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• ABA experience preferred

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between service locations when applicable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented

• Ability to work independently while maintaining appropriate communication with supervising clinicians

• Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
