BaseSalary: $82,800to $124,000 annually DOE

Job Summary
The Contract Program Managersupports outsourced maintenance and operations for Ziply Fiber's fiber network.This position serves as the primary point of contact for contracted services,including Install and Repair (I&R) vendor partners, service wire vendorpartners, locates, and fiber network maintenance.

Vendor Contract andPerformance Management
· Managethe procurement and day-to-day performance of Install and Repair, Locates, andService Wire drop vendors.
· Monitorvendor partner performance and ensure compliance with contract terms, local andstate construction requirements, and applicable codes.
· Establishand maintain professional, effective relationships with vendors.
Quality, Safety, andCompliance
· Inspectfield work for quality and timeliness to support customer satisfaction.
· Performsite inspections to verify quality control and safety compliance.
Financial, Reporting, andProject Controls
· Ensureaccurate billing and timely payment for services performed.
· Prepareand update weekly and ad hoc reports as required.
· Manageprojects in alignment with approved budgets and plans.
Operational Coordination andResponse
· Resolveissues as they arise or quickly engage the appropriate resources to minimizeschedule, quality, and service impacts.
· Coordinatewith Dispatch and Activity Management regarding system access, badging andbuilding access, and work schedules.
· Maintainadequate supply points and inventory to support installation demand.
· Participatein the assigned on-call rotation.
· Establishafter-hours support for outages and damage response through a rotation with FDCConstruction teams.
Collaboration, Training, andBusiness Support
· Buildstrong working relationships with Vendor Partner Managers and internal teams topromote effective collaboration.
· Developa training path for Vendor Partner Managers to ensure technicians are properlytrained on Ziply Fiber tools, including CXP and NetBox.
· Performother duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.

RequiredQualifications:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Minimum of five (5) years of experience maintaining outsideplant (OSP) facilities and supporting daily Install and Repair work involvingfiber and copper, locates, and service wire.
· Demonstrated experience managing projects to budget.
· Demonstrated ability to meet contract deliverables.
· Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications,including the ability to create pivot tables.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively across all levels and functionsof the organization.
· Strong conflict-resolution skills, including the ability toidentify and resolve issues effectively.
· Knowledge of industry safety practices and procedures.
· Ability to read and interpret Install and Repair, Locates,and Service Drop Wire documentation.
· Flexibility to address ad hoc duties as business needs arise.
· Knowledge of the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC)is required.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including nights andweekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
· Must have and maintain a validdriver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
· Must complete a pre-employmentdrug screening.

WorkEnvironment
Thisis a work-from-home position that includes a mix of home-office and field work.The role requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone.Field work may include travel to vendor locations, job sites, and otheroperational facilities. A company-branded vehicle will be provided and must behome-garaged in accordance with company requirements.
