  • Schedule/Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7am-3:30pm

What will you do? Make an impact!

As a Supervisor at Tradebe, you will lead your assigned shift, oversee daily operational activities, and support a team working in a fast‑paced industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, industrial, or operations experience who are ready to step into leadership while contributing to meaningful environmental work.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and work alongside the production crew in Area 3 to ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Coordinate production tasks and workflow during your shift.
  • Process and handle empty containers, shred empty drums, pump liquids, consolidate drums, and verify vapor recovery systems.
  • Load and unload trailers, replace spent carbon, conduct daily inspections, and monitor area activities.
  • Ensure compliance with RCRA regulations and enforce all Health and Safety policies.
  • Train new employees and support proper receiving, processing, and storage of containers.
  • Inspect equipment, instruments, gauges, and recorders to ensure proper function and maintenance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of industry experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast‑paced industrial environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
