Front of House Lead

Ready to take the lead?

Creative Dining is looking for a dependable, energetic Closing Lead to support our Front-of-House (FOH) team on the campus of Aquinas College.  

$16-17/hour

10am-8:30pm or 12pm-8:30pm

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead FOH operations during closing shifts
• Ensure menus are accurate, with precise allergens and icons
• Monitor food holding temps, restock items, and complete closing checklists
• Support team members and resolve service issues or conflicts
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, kitchen staff, and team members about needs, updates, or concerns

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years in food service or customer service (leadership a plus)
• Knowledge of Top 9 Food Allergens
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft365, Google Apps)
• ServSafe certification preferred
• Able to lift 25 lbs and stay on your feet
