Facilitates all enrollment activities for students pursuing enrollment into the University. Build relationships with prospective students regarding program offerings and next steps for first-time students and/or transfer students. Positively interact and assess student needs and present information to determine how Goodwin University may benefit a students personal, academic, and professional goals. Conducts student interviews and collaborates with cooperating departments while offering extensive student service and support. Pursues qualified candidates for enrollment with customer-centric follow-up from point of inquiry through enrollment. Collects all necessary documents and paperwork toward enrollment including applications, transcripts, and immunization records. Presents information on the process to apply for Financial Aid, schedules financial aid appointments, and acts as the primary liaison to the Financial Aid Office. Meets/exceeds enrollment goals. Be committed to serving a culture of diversity, equity, justice, and inclusion among students and staff. Ability to communicate University values and mission effectively. Conducts all work in a safe manner and all work safety practices are followed.   Other Functions: Performs similar or related work as required, directed, or as situation permits. Continues professional development and training; keeps current with trends. Assists other department staff as needed to promote a team effort. Opportunities to occasionally represent the University at local fairs and events.   Knowledge, Ability and Skill: Demonstrated commitment to developing and fostering best practices and policies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and build an environment in which all members of the University community are treated with respect and dignity.
