Reach Truck Driver / Inventory Associate

Location: Windsor, CT
Shift: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, On-Site

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Reach Truck Driver for a full-time warehouse position in Windsor, CT. This role requires strong reach truck experience along with hands-on experience performing inventory, cycle counting, and RF scanning.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a reach truck to move, store, and retrieve materials
Pick, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse
Perform inventory and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
Use an RF scanner/gun to track products and inventory movement
Verify product quantities and warehouse locations
Identify and report inventory discrepancies
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

Reach truck experience required
Inventory and cycle counting experience required
RF scanner/gun experience required
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift
