Summary of Position: 

The ENTRY-LEVEL Orthodontic Appliance Technician is responsible for the fabrication of appliances such as molds, etc. as needed by the practice for patients and is expected to perform and create appliances at the highest standard of quality.

Essential Job Function: 

  • Performs skilled fabrication work on dental molds, appliances, expanders etc. 
  • Completes work to high standard of excellence 
  • Operate and maintain lab equipment 
  • Follow instruction and guidance as directed from doctors 
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 
  • Performs duties within OSHA, HIPAA, healthcare, and orthodontic regulations

Education and Experience
