What We Offer

Starting pay of $27.19/hour
Shift differential for hours worked after 3:00 p.m.
Time and a half after 8 hours Monday through Friday
Time and a half on Saturdays
Double time on Sundays

Schedule

This position follows a 4-days-on, 2-days-off rotating schedule, including weekends.

Shifts may include:

Days
Nights
Overnights
Rotating days off throughout the week
Schedule adjustments based on production needs

What You'll Do

After training, you'll help support our specialty paper manufacturing operations by:

Following H&V safety procedures
Assisting with machine start-ups and shutdowns
Preparing, staging, and loading materials
Operating material-handling and production equipment
Packaging and labeling finished products
Supporting production as needed
Performing housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
Supporting sustainability efforts through proper material and waste sorting

What We're Looking For

Are at least 18 years old
Put safety first
Are dependable and work well as part of a team
Are willing to learn new equipment and processes
Can lift up to 50 lbs.
Can stand and walk for extended periods during their shift
Can work the required rotating schedule, including days, nights, overnights, and weekends
Have reliable transportation to the Greenwich facility
