Job Details: Job Location: Legal Address - Easton, PA, Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00Hourly, Northampton Country Club is looking for dedicated individuals to join its back of house team. We are a medium sized Club that operates six (6) days a week in our regular dining facilities year-round. We offer upscale, banquet, casual, and grab-and-go style dining at our dining facilities across the Club. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Prepare all required items for service Set up service units with needed items Serves items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards Notifies Sous Chef of expected shortages Ensures assigned workspace and equipment are clean and sanitary Sets up, maintains and breaks down assigned station Requisitions items needed to produce menu items Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations Assists with other duties as instructed by the Sous ChefThis position reports directly to the Sous Chef and then the Executive Chef.Qualifications: ServSafe Certification is PreferredPrior Experience is Preferred
