Job Responsibilities: 

• Ability to maintain a clean restaurant including but not limited to sweeping & mopping floors, wiping down kitchen walls, workstations, and dish pits, and removing garbage. 

• Set up workstations with proper cleaning and sanitizing solutions. 

• Sort and Rinse dirty dishware and place them in racks to be sent through the dish machine. 

• Sort and Stack clean dishware and place it back in appropriate storage locations. 

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions when given. 

• Adhere to Sanitation and Food Safety standards. 

• Maintain dishwashing equipment, and a clean work environment and ensure workstations are organized. 

• Ability to stand for long hours, pick up 10-25 pounds frequently. 

• The position is 4-5 shifts per week but can go up to 40 hours a week based on the restaurant's needs. 

Job Qualification Requirements: All candidates for employment must possess the following: 

• Valid Identification Card 

• Social Security Card 

Skills/Qualifications: 

• 6 months of previous experience 

• Ability to work in a Team setting. 

• Verbal Communication 

• Positive Professionalism  

Other Certifications: 

• State Sexual Harassment Training and Certification
